Insectistence

is a spatial concert piece composed for 8-Channels. It plays with the creation of mini creatures through sound. This piece depends on the space, the light (or lack thereof) and the seating arrangement of the audience. The sounds are controlled in real time and distributed into the space through the eight speakers that surround us. The total darkness helps focus on the created acoustic space. This concert piece also plays with the threshold of hearing, since there are parts that are composed in low sound intensity.
